Overview
Our refund policy applies to all personalized fitness consulting services, custom workout plans, nutrition guidance, and one-on-one coaching purchased from Mayside LLC (mayside.me) and lasts 30 days from the date of service delivery (i.e., the date you receive your custom plan, complete your initial coaching session, or access digital fitness resources). If 30 days have passed since service delivery, we cannot offer a full or partial refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 30 days of service delivery.
- Provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, payment receipt, or account transaction history).
- Demonstrate that you have not fully utilized the service (e.g., less than 25% of the custom workout plan has been accessed, or fewer than 2 one-on-one coaching sessions have been completed—if applicable).
All personalized services are non-transferable to third parties.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are exempt from refunds due to their tailored, time-intensive nature:
- Services where more than 25% of the custom plan (e.g., workout modules, nutrition guides) has been accessed, downloaded, or implemented.
- Completed coaching sessions (more than 2 sessions for multi-session packages).
- Digital deliverables that have been downloaded, shared, or modified (e.g., PDF workout plans, nutrition trackers).
- Rush-order services (custom plans or coaching sessions delivered within 48 hours of purchase).
- Supplementary resources (e.g., fitness e-books, video tutorials) provided as add-ons to core services.
Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Email advisory@mayside.me with your full name, order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed reason for the refund. For service-related concerns (e.g., plan incompatibility), include relevant details to help us review your request efficiently.
- Review & Notification: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of approval or rejection via email. We may request additional information (e.g., evidence of limited service usage) to process your claim.
- Approved Refunds:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer.
- If your service included physical materials (e.g., printed workout guides, branded fitness trackers), you must return the items in unused, original condition to our return address (below) within 14 days of refund approval. Failure to return physical materials may result in a partial refund or cancellation of the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeline:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement for pending transactions (refunds may take additional time to post).
- Contact your credit card issuer or bank to inquire about processing delays.
- If the issue persists, email advisory@mayside.me with your refund approval confirmation, order number, and payment details for follow-up.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for personalized fitness services (e.g., swapping a weight loss plan for a muscle-building plan). If you wish to switch to a different service:
- Submit a refund request for the original service (if eligible) per the process above.
- Purchase the new service separately through the platform.
- Contact our team at advisory@mayside.me to request a 10% discount on the new service (one-time courtesy for eligible refund requests).
