Mayside LLC primarily offers digital fitness services (e.g., custom workout plans, nutrition guides, virtual coaching) that are delivered electronically—no physical shipping is required for these core services. This policy applies exclusively to physical supplementary materials (e.g., printed workout journals, branded fitness trackers, or nutrition meal planners) that may be purchased as add-ons to our digital services. We ship physical items only to addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories unless pre-approved).

  • Processing Time: Time between your order confirmation and shipment (excludes weekends, holidays, and peak periods). For bulk orders (e.g., 5+ physical items), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Time between shipment and arrival (varies by carrier and location). Remote areas may experience slight delays (up to 2 extra business days).

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for physical items are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Item weight/size (e.g., branded apparel vs. small trackers).
  • Delivery location.
  • Selected shipping method.
Free standard ground shipping is available for orders with physical items totaling $75 or more (continental U.S. only).

3. Order Tracking

Once your physical item ships, a unique tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track delivery status via the carrier’s portal (e.g., USPS, UPS) or by contacting our support team at advisory@mayside.me with your order number.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Address Limitations: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) without prior written approval. Email advisory@mayside.me to request exceptions (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • Hazardous Materials: No physical items sold by Mayside are classified as hazardous. All shipped products comply with U.S. carrier safety regulations.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping for physical items. We only ship to continental U.S. addresses.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • Delayed Orders: If your physical item does not arrive within the estimated timeline, contact us at advisory@mayside.me with your order number and tracking details. Delays may result from carrier issues, inclement weather, or high order volume—we will assist with tracking and resolution.
  • Lost Orders: If your package is marked “lost” by the carrier (not delivered within 10 days of the estimated date), we will initiate a carrier claim. Approved claims will result in a free replacement or full refund for the physical item.
  • Damaged Items: Report damaged physical items within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label in your email to advisory@mayside.me. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs for the damaged item) at your discretion.

6. Address Changes

To modify your shipping address for physical items, email advisory@mayside.me within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Digital Service Delivery

For our core digital services (custom workout plans, nutrition guides, etc.):
  • Delivery is instant: You will receive access to digital files via email or your Mayside account dashboard immediately after purchase.
  • No shipping fees apply to digital services.
  • If you do not receive your digital deliverables within 1 hour of purchase, check your spam folder or contact advisory@mayside.me for assistance.
